  11. Can anyone help with a modem question?  I recently purchased a
  12. cardinal 28,800 modem.  It will download for 15 to 30 seconds, then
  13. pause for 2 to 8 seconds then continue the cycle again.  Is this
  14. normal?  Should I spend the extra bucks for the US Robotics?
  15. The only reason I picked the Cardinal was the price, but it's not
  16. worth it if it's going to be constant problems.
